Starting on January 1, 2025, we will begin the first stage of our membership program. We are ambitious: once we reach 10,000 members, we plan to involve all members in the direct management of the organization. This will be a major milestone, giving every member the chance to contribute to decision-making.

We aim to expand geographically, and leadership of our regional branches will be based on democratic elections. Branch leadership and decision-making will be entirely elective, following full democratic principles. Once this system is established, we plan to apply it to the entire organization, making management as transparent and democratic as possible.
